What type of payments do you accept?

We accept master card, Visa, e-checks and balance transfers through our secure server at Pay-Pal. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please send us an email at eventbooks@dailyplan-it.net and we will remit an invoice with payment address.

What if I donít have a Pay-Pal account?

You donít have to have an account to pay through Pay-Pal. Simply follow the link and it will take you to the secure server to complete your transaction using master card, Visa or an e-check.

Can I pay by check?

Yes but your order will take longer to process. You can pay by check through Pay-Pal by following the link to the secure server. Or you may send us an email at eventbooks@dailyplan-it.net and we will remit an invoice with payment address. Either way your order can not be processed until we are notified that the check has cleared your bank.

What is your money back guarantee?

We take pride in our customer satisfaction and are confident you will be happy with your publication. While it is rarely necessary, we do offer the following money back guarantee:

 

Payment for any e-book published by Daily Plan-it will be refunded from one week of date of purchase if the buyer is unsatisfied in any way. If dissatisfaction is a result of software incompatibility, please allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a refund. After one week, no refunds can be issued. To request a refund, you must submit the following information:

Name

Email address

Date of purchase

Specific reason for return

 

In the event a refund is issued for any reason, purchaser agrees to immediately destroy any copies of the e-book(s) electronic or otherwise.  Non compliance constitutes fraud and could result in legal action against the purchaser.

Do you offer a discount if I purchase all your books?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer any discounts for multiple purchases.

Why are your publications only available as an e-book?

We offer our publications as Microsoft Word files. This is truly a benefit to the purchaser for several reasons. First, the files are available to you right awayÖyou donít have to wait for a hard copy to be mailed. Second, you can copy and paste information right out of the publication for your own business use saving you countless hours retyping or reconstructing the files. All of the contracts, checklists, forms and worksheets can be customized for your needs and used immediately! (The exception is Become an Event Planner which is only offered as a PDF through our publisher Fabjob). Third, the books are full of hyperlinks that if you are connected to the internet will take you directly to the resource website. And finally, we are constantly updating the publications in order to bring you the most current information and links available. A traditionally published book would not allow us to do that.

Can I buy your books in a book store?

Our e-books are only available on-line through eventplanningjob.com and select affiliates.

What if I want a hard copy?

Most purchasers print a copy of the publication upon receipt and three hole punch it for a notebook. If you are unable to do this, please let us know and we can send you the printed publication for an additional charge plus shipping.

What software do I need to use your books?

You must have Microsoft Word 2000 or higher to open the e-book. There are also some imbedded files that can be clicked and opened and modified for your use with Microsoft Excel. (Note: you donít have to have Excel to see the illustration in the original document.) Become an Event Planner opens with Adobe Acrobat which is available for free at www.adobe.com

What if I don't have Microsoft Word 2000 or higher?

The e-book can also be sent to you as an Adobe PDF file. This reader is available for free at www.adobe.com With this format, however, you will not be able to use the copy and paste functions that make the MS Word edition so handy.

What can I do with your publications?

As the purchaser you are allowed to modify and use any of the forms, samples and worksheets for your business use. You absolutely are not allowed to give the file to any other user or resell the publication.

This publication is exclusively offered through the publisher FabJob which operates under different parameters.

What happens after I purchase your book(s)?

Pay-Pal will notify Daily Plan-it of your purchase via email. Once we have received confirmation, we will email you an advance notice indicating your e-book(s) are on their way. Your e-book will then be sent to you as a Microsoft Word attachment to an email.

How long does it take to get my book?

It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for us to receive notice from Pay-Pal. We are usually able to fulfill your order within 48 hours. If you haven't received your e-book by then, please forward your confirmation from Pay-Pal to eventbooks@dailyplan-it.net. We will investigate the matter and advise you of any issues.

What if I get confirmation from you but my books don't arrive?

Occasionally a purchaser's email account will reject the book files. This is usually due to the files being too large for the account to handle. We find this problem occurs most often with AOL and Hotmail users. To alleviate the issue, you may need to provide an alternate email address or request the e-books be sent to you on CD (additional fees may apply).

 

Be sure to also check your spam filter to make sure the file attachments weren't deleted. You may have to adjust your settings to finally receive the files.

What do I do when I get the email attachment?

Right click the attachment and save it in a location on your hard drive or drag the file onto your desktop. Then double click the file and it should open automatically in Microsoft Word. You can then read the book on your computer, print the pages to put in a notebook and/or copy and paste any information out of the file you want for your own business use. You should also make a back-up copy of the file on a CD in case something happens to your original.

I bought your e-book and then my computer crashed. What should I do?

Not a problem. Simply send us an email with your name, which books(s) you purchased and the original purchase date. We keep copies of all previous orders so once weíve confirmed your purchase, we can re-email you your lost publications.

This is tricky because there are TWO different publications offered under the same name at FabJob.com.
